We are an inclusive bakery NOT an exclusive gluten free bakery!
Gluten Friendly: Our gluten friendly cupcakes are made with our signature, made instore 100% gluten free flour blend. Because we do also use regular flour in our bakery we do label our GF as gluten friendly. We do our very best to reduce the risk of cross contamination. The dietary cupcakes are always prepared first in freshly sanitizer equipment, baked separately in the ovens, cooled on their own cooling racks, decorated first, kept in a separate display from our regular cupcakes and our staff always washes their hands, changes gloves and offers to package dietary cupcakes separate from regular treats.
Vegan: Our vegan treats have no dairy and no eggs but do have gluten. (Dairy Substitutes: Milk: Oat Milk, Butter: Vegan Margarine)
Sugar Free: Our sugar free cupcakes have less than 5 grams of sugar. The cake is made with Splenda and the frosting is made with Truvia. *SF IS ONLY AVAILABLE IN CUPCAKES*
Nuts: We do not use any nuts or do nut flavours in our bakery. We make our own skor bits, use smarties instead of M&Ms and in one of our cupcakes (pink champagne) we use an artificial almond. We can not guarantee that all of our vendors who supply us our sugar, flour etc are nut free facilities but we do everything we can to be a nut free bakery.
Gluten Friendly cakes can be preordered in the CAKE preorder section, Gluten Friendly/Dairy Free & Vegan cakes can only be preordered over the phone or in person with a minimum of 48 hours notice.
Our dietary cupcakes and cookie freeze amazingly.
Freeze in the packaging we provide for up to 3 months.
